Brrrrrr! It may be chilly out there, but it gives us some wonderful learning opportunities for the children. During this half term’s ‘cold ‘n’ frosty’ theme the children will be creating snowmen, igloos and icicles galore whilst at the same time learning about shapes and space through their 2D and 3D creations. We will look at arctic animals, talk about how to keep warm in the cold and there will be plenty of opportunities to touch and feel various sensory materials including shaving foam, ice and sparkly, stretchy playdough!
